Should I make an appointment to visit United Pipe & Supply?

We except walk-ins. Making an appointment insures we can give you individual attention for as long as you need it. If you are currently renovating your home or constructing a new one, a showroom consultation is recommended. How much time is needed for a showroom visit?

You should allow 1-3 hours to complete your showroom consultation, depending on the size and intricacy of your project(s). When calling to make your appointment, you may certainly ask for a better estimation of how long your appointment will take.

What do I need to do, in advance before my appointment?
Do some preplanning, this is the fun part. Begin to research the internet and look through magazines. Print and cut out pictures. A dream notebook or file can keep all your ideas organized. If you are remodeling consider what is working in the room now and what does not. Look through our vender websites to get a feel of the different options available to you. There is so much to choose from. Here are some other resources that are a great place to start!

•Pinterest- Pin your favorite architectural ideas and product references in one location.
•Houzz.com – Check out for great ideas, trends and design ideas.
•Home design publications – Magazines such as House Beautiful, Better Homes and Gardens, Architectural Digest, Luxe, ELLE Decor and Shelter.

What should I bring with me to my showroom visit?

Bring any relevant measurements for your project with you to your appointment. Your UPSCO consultant will need these to best guide your visit and suggest custom product options for your bath or kitchen.

If your plumber/builder/designer has given you a spec sheet, or any other paperwork please bring that along. It will make the process go faster.

Bring any pictures you have found in magazines or off the internet. Those are very helpful because it gives us a vision of your style.

What is the difference between your products and the big box stores?

Typically products offered though the Internet or through big box retailers are not the same products, and certainly do not offer the same warranties. When you buy directly from United Pipe & Supply, or indirectly though one of our customers(plumber/builder/designer), you will receive professional-grade products. “We do not buy discounted, products, B grade, or items that may look the same esthetically, but have lower-grade materials in the underbody or sub-standard internal components. In the unlikely event you have a problem arise, United Pipe and Supply will have a friendly associate help you repair, or replace the product.
